Booking Rules & Important Guidelines
The Institution of Engineers (India), Maharashtra State Centre provides Guest
House accommodation at Mumbai for visiting Members.
To ensure smooth operations and safety for all guests, please read the following
guidelines:
- All bookings must be made in advance by filling the details below or email. WhatsApp and SMS requests are not accepted.
- Please confirm your dates before depositing the amount as the payment once made is NOT refunded or adjusted.
- The charges for the AC room is Rs.1100/- PER PERSON PER DAY (including GST) for IEI, MEMBERS.
- The charges for the AC room is Rs.1350/- PER PERSON PER DAY (including GST) for NON MEMBERS recommended by IEI, MEMBERS.
- Children below 10 years will not be charged
- Rooms are booked on First Come First Serve basis depending on the availability and confirmed only after receipt of payment.
- You are requested to immediately inform after making the payment which will enable us to confirm your booking and avoid any inconvenience.
- Our check in time is 10.00 a.m. and check out time is 09.00 a.m. Please make the payment accordingly. Kindly intimate how the amount deposited has been calculated.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed for up to 1 hour, subject to availability.
- No extra persons are allowed in rooms.
- Cooking, heavy washing, or use of electric heaters and cookers is not allowed.
- Room keys must be handed to the caretaker or security staff when leaving the premises.
- Wi-Fi facilities are currently not available.
- We do not have tea, coffee and meals facility. You will have to order the same from hotels outside and the food will be delivered at your room or you can go to the hotels.
- Kindly bring original proof of IDENTITY along with a xerox copy.
